µ-slide Products
To improve cell imaging results, we offer a range of microslides from IBIDI. All the µ-slides contain a cell chamber with a thin plastic bottom of the highest optical quality for high resolution microscopy such as confocal and fluorescent imaging. The family of slides and µ-dishes are designed so that cell cultivation, fixation, staining and imaging can be carried out in one vessel allowing in situ cell experiments without cell transfer. The range also contains products that are ideally suited for specialist microscopy techniques such as immunofluorescence, live cell imaging, laser microdissection, cell based perfusion assays, flow through assays, wound healing assays, scratch assays, chemotaxis, cell migration, angiogenesis, 3D cultures, cell adhesion assays, arteriosclerosis studies and cell co-culture experiments. To compliment the slides, a range of equipment is also available such as a heated stage and microscope incubation unit and a pumping system designed for long term unidirectional flow assays. |
