Sequencing Gel Systems
We offer two sequencing gel systems for manual sequencing. The model S2 is a sequencing gel electrophoresis system of a fixed height whilst the Model SA-32 allows the height to be adjusted. Both offer an optional gel casting clamp for ease of casting gels and a range of sequencing combs and sharks tooth combs along with other sequencing accessories is also available. Both sequencers can be used for a range of vertical polyacrylamide gel separations, nucleic acid sequencing, genotyping and polymorphic studies. |
