Define and print your experimental setup

Seeding Cells

Step 1:

Seed 60 µl of recipient cells in the
inner reservoir.

Step 2:

Seed 60 µl of the feeder cells in the
outer reservoirs.
Await cell attachment; aspirate all
unattached cells and medium.

Step 3:

Overlay each major well with 600 µl cell free medium.
