Consumables used in PCR undergo a rapid process of heating and cooling during cycling. Their physical performance can lead to great variances in test results. StripTubes with attached Individual Tube Caps prevent cap lids and hinges from interfering with each other, allowing for both easier handling in an SBS format rack, as well as access to individual tubes. Their tight-fitting design provide the perfect seal and so virtually eliminate sample evaporation or ‘popping’ while still being easy to open. Flat Frosted caps are ideal for writing and sample labelling.
