3D CoSeedis™ Co-Culture System, 6 matrices, 1×1 format, 100 well/cm2, 6 pcs in PBS w/o Ca++/Mg++, sterile

The 3D CoSeedis™ Co-Culture Systems are an innovative technology that allow the generation of organoids in presence of feeder cells. The systems offer a unique way to keep feeder and test cells physical separated.

The following components are included:

  • 6 matrices, available in 2 formats:
    • 880 microwells per matrix (1 x 1)
    • 200 microwells per matrix (2 x 2)
  • Two 6-well plates for organoid cultures
  • Cell Strainer
  • Hemocytometer

Alternatively, organoids can be grown in the absence of feeder cells. Please ask for the according protocol (Organoid Standard System).

Note: The system DOES NOT contain a spatula.
