Abdos filter pipette tips are manufactured from ultra pure USP class VI certified virgin polypropylene to ensure the highest quality & confirming to US FDA 21 CFR. Free from heavy metals, natural rubber & inhibitory plasticizers.
Filters used in Abdos filter pipette tips are non cytotoxic (ISO 10993-5 MRM, minimal essential media elution, GLP compliant). Abdos filters provide 99.9% bacterial aerosol filtration efficiency (BFE), (ASTM F21012), are non hemolytic (modified ASTM F 756-08 hemolysis direct contact GLP with human blood), inert and hydrophobic filter does not trap or block the liquid.
