Celloger Mini is an automatic live cell imaging system based on bright-ﬁeld microscopy. It is compatible with conventional CO2 incubators and is built to withstand temperature and humidity. The auto-focusing function allows researchers to observe cell morphology live and over time. Time-lapse monitoring can run for up to 2 weeks and can be extended with increased storage capacity.
The high quality 4x objective combined with a 5MP CMOS sensor provides high-resolution images throughout time-lapse experiments. Software auto-focus ensures that cells remain in view throughout. The motorised X-Y-Z stage allows multiple ROIs to be set up and revisited during the time-lapse, allowing monitoring of multi-well plates or multiple sample locations.
