Note: If you want to prepare 3D gels either with or without cells, we recommend using the 5 mg/ml Collagen I solution. We do not recommend using the 10 mg/ml Collagen solution for these applications.

Cell spheroid (or micro tumor) on top of, or embedded in, a 3D matrix for long-term cultivation. The upper well provides nutrients by means of diffusion.
