Kit Contents
96 x 1.4 ml tubes of linear polyacrylamide (LPA) separation polymer for use in DNA sequence analysis using the MegaBACE system. 4 x 25 ml bottle of 10X CE running buffer. Dilute buffer to 1: 10 with water before use
Note: Prior to use, gently centrifuge the matrix tubes (3000 rpm for 2 min) to remove air bubbles introduced by handling and shipping.
