    Description

    6x DNA Loading Dye Buffer Blue is used for loading and tracking DNA samples (PCR products, restriction fragments) on agarose or polyacrylamide gel.

    The loading dye serves as visual marker of electrophoresis: in 1% agarose gel bromophenol blue comigrates with ca 300 bp (1x TBE) or ca 400 bp (1x TAE) fragments.

    Properties

    Concentration: 5x

    Reagent Composition: Bromophenol blue , TRIS-HCl, EDTA and Ficoll

    Recommendations: Mix 1 volume of Blue Dye with 5 volumes of your DNA sample and load into the gel.
