Note that many different plate handling systems can grip this mounting plate. It is not just restricted to the Tecan RoMa Arm. Furthermore, you don't have to use an expensive pipetting robot. You simply program your plate handler to perform all the transfer, wash and blot functions. Because the plate handler can pick up and park the pin tool robotically, the plate handler can continue to do other plate handling functions without operator intervention.
